Below are some of technology the tools we use on a daily basis.

Tablet Computing
The Ipad has revolutionized the real estate industry and we find it is one of the tools we use the most to make our business more efficient and effective. The iPad streamlines our everyday tasks and simplifies many of the typical responsibilities we face. We use the Ipad in many areas of our business including:

  • Open House’s

Gone are the days of using paper and pens, we use the application Open House Pro for our open house visitors to sign in and leave comments which we pass along to our sellers. You can also offer the option to receive e-mails or your latest newsletter.

  • Listing Presentation

We used to use PDF’s for our listing presentation however for the last 15 months we have switched to Prezi Presentations as we show potential sellers through the presentation and then e-mail a copy of the presentation along with all other marketing collateral at the end of the meeting. We provide our clients with customized marketing material showing what we will do to sell their home in the least amount of time and for the most money.

Cloud Computing
Has revolutionized the way we do business. The ability to store, manage and process data in an online network has improved our productivity and increased our capacity to collaborate. Now my team can work together on projects without actually being at the same location.

Mobile Applications
What we see when we check out marketing results is that the majority of online search regarding real estate are performed on a mobile device and not a desktop computer. This is why our websites, portals and online marketing material always works with the latest mobile devices.

Contact Relationship Manager software enables us to work efficiently for our clients and keep on top of our clients real estate transactions. With CRM software all the members of my team have access to the information so if I am not immediately available they can help you straight away.

Does not play a large part in our business model because we are all about service and this cannot be achieved through automation. We do however automate some of the back office tasks as it enables us to focus our efforts where they are truly needed, in making our clients happy.
