You’ll remember the mammoth house, backdrop for Sanders’ disastrous marriage to Pilar Sanders, was originally proposed for sale with more than 100 acres of land for $21 million. Way back in September, 82 of those acres were sold to a development firm.
Concierge Auctions and Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty administered the no-reserve auction of the home and surrounding property that exist.
