FRISCO-Don’t divide families, At a packed school board conference, residents informed trustees Monday.

Over 250 individuals filled the gathering- a lot of people sitting in the aisles and crowding the lobby- to disapprove suggested attendance zone changes to assist school opening next year.

Based on community response, school administrators offered three choices but none got tremendous support from those attending.

Majority of the public discussion pointed on levelling out enrollment at Wakeland Hogh with the new Reedy High opening this August and the existing Lone Star High.

A lot of people disapproved what has been suggested the one-time assignment or a short term zoning option. That will bound students out of Wakeland to the new Reedy for one or two years, further then other students in the same community. Trails and Meadow Creek- will be delineated to Wakeland, which can divide families.

Freshman Olivia Fortenberry uttered that she partakes in a marching band at Wakeland together with her older brother. Subject to the temporary boarding option, she would proceed to Reedy next year while her younger brother would later be zoned to Wakeland.

‘’This will formulate travelling to and from extracurricular activities a logistical nightmare for my parents,’’ she uttered. ‘’My parents will have to decide between children and whose extracurricular activities they’ll participate.’’

Superintendent Jeremy Lyon announced that the district is taking into account permitting families who would be impacted for three or more years to stay together at Wakeland starting 2017.

However some families want to stay at Wakeland as well. Little Elm inhabitants who would be assigned to Lone Star under the proposal mentioned against that proposition, voiced out that their children have  created a bond with families south of Eldorado Parkway and should remain with their colleagues.

At all events, two districts were trying to get zoned into Reedy: Village Lakes and Park Place Estates. These are merely the areas that attend Pioneer Heritage Middle School and will stay in Frisco High zone fairly than go on to Reedy in suggested proposal.

Parent Dan Huff recommended authorizing all the Pioneer Heritage communities to remain together until expansion and future zoning amendments, make an amend necessary.

Having knowledge about the future amendment when these new high schools are built, demanding new rezoning in two to three years , retained us in our feeder pattern till that rezoning has to be addressed,’’ he said. ‘’ There is logic in doing it now.’’

Things To Avoid When Completing A Texas Association of Realtors (“TAR”) Lease Application http://www.friscohousesearch.com/things-to-avoid-when-completing-a-texas-association-of-realtors-tar-lease-application/ http://www.friscohousesearch.com/things-to-avoid-when-completing-a-texas-association-of-realtors-tar-lease-application/#respond Tue, 23 Oct 2012 20:30:31 +0000 http://www.friscohousesearch.com/?p=2027 Things To Avoid When Completing A Texas Association of Realtors (“TAR”) Lease Application When it comes time for you to complete the Texas Association of Realtors (“TAR”) Lease Application there are a number of things that you need to insure that you enter correctly. Things To Avoid When Completing A Texas Association of Realtors (“TAR”) Lease Application

Texas Association of Realtors Lease Application

Texas Association of Realtors Lease Application

When it comes time for you to complete the Texas Association of Realtors (“TAR”) Lease Application there are a number of things that you need to insure that you enter correctly. This 4 page contract is legally binding so it is vital that you understand and complete the document correctly. Below are four common mistakes that you want to avoid.

1 – Incorrect Social Security Number

I know it sounds crazy but you would not believe the number of applicants that give incorrect social security numbers and that causes the application processing to be delayed. If for some reason you are unable to remember your social security number than either write it down or bring your social security card with you.

2 – Giving Too Much Information

Only give out the information that is asked for. The Texas Association of Realtors (“TAR”) Lease Application gives us all the information that we need to do a background check. We don’t need bank account numbers or account balances. That’s too much information and you shouldn’t provide it to anyone.
If your realtor is asking you for information that you feel is more than is needed to complete the application then ask them why they need this additional information and if you are not happy with the explanation then you may want to look for another realtor.

3 – Leasing Too Much Home.

Just like when you are looking to purchase a house, your realtor will review the rental lease application you submit and determine whether you can afford the apartment using the same criteria they use in the mortgage industry. If the lease amount is higher than a certain percent of your income, anywhere from 33 to 40 percent, they may deny your application for failure to meet minimum income requirements. Remember that you will have to pay a lease application fee of between $30 – $50 per applicant.

4 – Not Getting Enough Feedback From Your Realtor

Your realtor will use the lease application fee they collect with your Texas Association of Realtors (“TAR”) Lease Application to do a criminal background check and run your credit report. They’re going to see a lot of your history, and make judgments about your ability to pay rent and be a good tenant. If they find something in your criminal or credit history that’s suspect, they may advise the home owner to deny your application for a lease.
Remember that you will need to clear up any potential issues by providing an explanation with your Texas Association of Realtors (“TAR”) Lease Application. Write a letter on a separate sheet of paper, that you can submit with any application. In the space provided on the application, simply write “See Attached” and attach the letter to it.
