Do You Know Where The #5BillionDollarMile Is?…

Spread The Word

Frisco now claims one of the most dynamic development concentrations in America with $5.4 billion in investment, either announced or under construction. The 5 Billion Mile in Frisco, Texas is the one mile that stretches from Warren Parkway to Lebanon Road. Frisco, Texas is well known for exemplary schools, pristine parks and destination dining, retail, sports and entertainment. The city is also a magnet for a skilled workforce who are contributing to Frisco’s rapid annual residential growth-rate of more than five percent.

Future home of the $5 billion Mile, Frisco is set to explode with the completion of this massive master-plan.  Expect this area to be Frisco’s answer to the Shops at Legacy. Comprised of 4 mixed-use developments, the  projects are transforming about 549 acres of land in Frisco into high-end developments.
